We have the privilege to admit patients into the hospital. Inpatient hospital
care is provided.
HOUSE CALLS
House calls are available for patients on a non-urgent basis who have a
disability that prevents them from being able to come into the office.
FEES
Easton Family Practice reserves the right to charge a $25 fee for any
returned checks. Co-pay is due at the time of service unless another
arrangement has been made prior to the office visit.
PHONE CALLS
For Appointments: Call the office during normal business hours: Monday
thru Friday - 9am – 5 pm.
After hour and Saturday visits - By appointment or by contacting the
physician.
24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment; otherwise, there will
be a $25 charge. Walk-in visits are also welcome.
URGENT/EMERGENT CARE
If faced with a life-threatening emergency please contact the nearest
emergency squad and/or advance to the nearest hospital. For emergencies,
please contact the physician at 610-438-4314, and listen for the option that
states messages for the doctor.
MEDICATION REFILLS
Please call the office at 610-438-4314, and listen for the option that refers
to prescriptions. Please leave your name, name of the medication, dosage,
how often the medicine is taken, and the pharmacy name and telephone
number. Please call prior to taking your last pill. The prescription will be
called into the pharmacy within 48 hours.
